What is Forever New’s Returns Policy?

At Forever New we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase, you can return your item. We provide FN credits which gets credited to your Forever New online account or Refund your original method of payment provided that:

  • You return the item within 15 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
  • You produce your original Forever New invoice (receipt) when you return the item 
  • The item is in original saleable condition: 
    - With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
    - In an unworn, unopened and unused state
  • A returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)

For guest user, in case of any return(s), provided all conditions are met, a signup is necessary.

Items purchased online cannot be returned in our physical/offline stores, and vice versa.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Forever New reserves the right to refuse to return on change of mind items.

Accessories cannot be returned for change of mind, except where the item is faulty or defective.

Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online. 

We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for change of mind for hygiene reasons: 

  • Sunglasses
  • Scarves
  • Hats and Caps
  • Hair accessories 
  • Earrings and Jewellery 
  • Lingerie & underclothes
  • Signature Jewellery
  • Signature Handbags

Item(s) bought on discount/sale/promotions.

How do I return or exchange an item(s) purchased online?

The exchange option is not available for online purchases. Nevertheless, you can always return your order for free within the established return period and place another order.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) to our online store (online purchases only).

Please note, your item(s) must meet our Returns Policy Conditions to be eligible for a return.

How to initiate an online return request.

You can easily return product(s) by following these steps:

  • After logging into your profile with your ID and password, go to “My Account”>” My Returns”.
  • You will find an option “My Orders” tab, click on it to raise a return request, select the order "View Order" followed with the product you wish to return "Return Order".
  • An RMA (Return number) will be generated for your reference.
  • You can select the Refund / FN Credit option and we will process your request accordingly.

    1. In case you select “FN Credit”, we shall credit your Forever New account in the form of FN Credits.
    2. Prepaid orders: In case you select “Refund”, we will refund the same in your original method of payment, 2-3 working days after the product is received by us.
    3. Cash On Delivery Orders: In case you select “Refund”, you will be requested to fill the form to initiate the refund process. We request you to fill this form with utmost care as the refund will be sent to the account details filled by the customer, please be assured the beneficiary details must match with the order billing details. We will refund the same as per your given details, within 2-3 days working days after the product is received by us.

    Please note that the Refund / FN credits will be initiated within 2 -3 working days after the product is received by us.

    Please note that only FN credits will be extended for Allure voucher used to place the order.

  • Re-pack the product in the original packaging, with the original invoice.
  • We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order. The courier executive shall help seal the packaging and pick up the order from the shipping address within 2-3 working days.

 

Please note that we can deny the refund for the product(s) if not found in the original condition with all labels intact or found to be used/damaged/soiled/washed/altered or worn (other than to try the item on).

If you change your mind, sale items can be returned, the refund amount shall be credited to your Forever New account in the form of FN Credits., providing the items comply with our Returns Policy

Please note items purchased online cannot be returned in our physical/offline stores, and vice versa. items must be returned as per the Online returns policy

Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 If you found any item in your order, incorrect, damaged, or faulty, the same must be reported within 24 hours from the date of delivery, accompanied with images of the product while raising the return request, so that grievances can be resolved smoothly.

Returns take 3-7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once your return is received, we will refund the amount / give FN Credits. FN credits come with NO EXPIRY date, however, we recommend our customers to use them within 6 months.

  • We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order.
