Return & Refund Policy
Returns Policy
- We want you to love every Forever New purchase. If you've changed your mind, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of delivery. Returns and exchange pickups are provided free of charge.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Items from the same order may be returned individually, provided they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
- Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
- Purchases made in-store cannot be returned or refunded online.
Return Process
- Visit the Returns Page and enter your order details, or log in to your account to initiate a return.
- Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch through the My Orders section or by contacting Customer Care. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Quality Check
- All returned items will undergo a quality inspection.
- Returns showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, damage, missing tags, or missing original packaging may fail the quality inspection.
- Items that do not pass the quality check will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be initiated after the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection at the time of pickup.
- Prepaid order refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- For COD orders, a refund link will be sent to your registered mobile number to submit bank details. Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after verification.
- For purchases made using Forever New Credits and/or Gift Cards, refunds will be credited back to the respective Forever New Credit account and/or Gift Card used for the original purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective:
- Products marked as 'Final Sale', 'Non-Returnable', or otherwise indicated on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.
Forever New reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
